All orders are shipped priority with confirmation delivery.All orders over $100 come with signature delivery meaning you will need to sign for the package. If you send a money order or cash please make sure you print off the invoice form and include what items you ordered in with payment. SHIPPING IS AS FOLLOWS retail is $6.50 for the first knife and .32 each additional knife. anything larger than an average knife is $1.00 up to $5.00 each additional item depending on size. To find out what shipping is on large items please click the money order section instead of credit card for payment and it will give you an invoice with the shipping total. print that invoice off and include with all money orders. WHOLESALERS shipping is $10.00 for the first dozen and $2.50 each additional dozen.ALL ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE CREDIT CARD. We do not accept merchandise returned without ORIGINAL PACKAGING if merchandise was shipped with retail packaging. This deems merchandise NON RESALEABLE. We expect merchandise to be sent back in the EXACT CONDITION it was received in. Defective knives: You have 7 business days from the date the merchandise was received to put it back into the mail and ship your item back with invoice # and day you ordered it. We are fully aware of all dates and times merchandise is received by purchaser.there is no need to call us or email us if you have a defective knife , you can simply send it back for a new one as long as it is within the terms and conditions.
