All orders are shipped with confirmation delivery. Anything 16 ounces or less is shipped first class. Anything over 16 ounces is shipped priority. Orders are sent out within 24-48 hours of payment. Please allow up to one week for delivery for priority mail and up to ten days for first class orders. Our knives are brand new not refurbished or used. There is a 25% restocking fee for all non defective returns and we do not return the shipping cost . We have online tracking so when your package is on its way we will email you the tracking #. We do not ship internationaly. We do ship to the other 50 states. Kansas legalized automatic switchblade knives and residents can now order but not all things we sell can be sent to kansas residents. So if your a resident of kansas make sure you check out the laws before you order. Anything that is illegal in kansas will not be sent to you if you order it!

If you send a money order, personal check, cashiers check or cash please make sure you print off the invoice form and include it in with payment.

SHIPPING IS AS FOLLOWS - If you buy 13 or more knives there is a credit card payment option for bulk rate shipping at checkout. Click the BULK SHIPPING OPTION and whatever fits in a priority box is what you will be charged for plus packing and handling charges. For money orders click on the money order section, print that invoice off and include with all money orders. The shopping cart will calculate the shipping for money orders. All orders 16 oz. or larger or any knife larger than an average pocket knife goes PRIORITY MAIL 2-4 DAYS! ALL ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE CREDIT CARD. If you want your order shipped elseware you will need to send a money order. 

Defective knives: You have 3 business days from the date the merchandise was received to check out the merchandise and if its defective or the wrong knife to contact us by email and give us the model # and whats wrong with the item. Anything past 3 days won't be accepted. No returns will be accepted without authorization acceptance. If we tell you to send back the item you have 30 days to ship it back. We do not warranty any use of the knives. If you get the wrong or defective knife we will pay for shipping back to us. Let us know and we will email you an RMA #. We are fully aware of all dates and times merchandise is received by purchaser. If you get a defective knife you can send it back for a refund minus shipping. We do not accept merchandise returned without ORIGINAL PACKAGING if merchandise was shipped with retail packaging. We expect merchandise to be sent back in the EXACT CONDITION it was received in. Any merchandise that has been unassembled or tampered with WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
